Easy Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy for your convenience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that a processing fee of return ₹119 & exchange fee is ₹139  applies to all requests.

Note: To process claims for missing or damaged items, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please provide a video or image of the parcel being opened to process an exchange.

If payment method is Snapmint then refund will processed to your Original payment method which is Snapmint
